Job Description Full Time - Site Supervisor for Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kool Family Community Center and Fitness Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for members, guests, volunteers, and community partners. This position oversees facility operations, customer experience, staff supervision, room rentals, senior program logistics, volunteer coordination, and facility safety while fostering strong community relationships and supporting healthy aging initiatives. The Site Supervisor leads facility staff, promotes operational excellence, and advances the mission of Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation by creating a vibrant community destination that supports the organization's continuum of care and commitment to exceptional service. Accountability Chart Key Roles: - Oversees the daily operations of the Kool Family Community Center and Fitness Center.
- Ensures a positive customer experience through effective front desk operations, facility scheduling, and room rentals.
- Coordinates senior programs, volunteer activities, and community events.
- Maintains strong relationships with tenants, members, volunteers, and community partners.
- Supervises the Lead Facilities Technician and Facilities Technician.
- Supports the Associate Director of Business Development with operational reporting, community engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Facility Operations- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kool Family Community Center and Fitness Center.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, secure, and welcoming.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor building systems and support emergency preparedness efforts.
Customer Experience- Lead front desk operations and visitor services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Programming, Room Rentals & Community Engagement- Coordinate senior programs, wellness activities, and community events.
- Manage room reservations, rental agreements, and event logistics.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts for programs and activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and organizations.
Volunteer Coordination- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and recognize volunteers.
- Maintain volunteer records and engagement activities.
- Support volunteer participation in programs and special events.
Leadership- Supervise, coach, and support facility staff, including facility maintenance team members.
- Assign and prioritize work responsibilities.
- Communicate operational updates and concerns to leadership.
Administration- Monitor facility usage, room rental activity, and program participation.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities with the Finance team.
Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with organizational safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address safety concerns.
- Support incident response and emergency preparedness planning.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Michigan driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications- Associate degree in Recreation, Business, Hospitality, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in facility operations, customer service, hospitality, community programming, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull as needed.
- Ability to move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
