Korean Bilingual Night Shift Facility Cleaning Coordinator DIR-PRM

Company Overview

We are a professional commercial cleaning and building maintenance company providing services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients through integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a Night Team Coordinator / Field Quality Inspector to oversee our night cleaning crews and perform on-site quality inspections.

Position Summary

This is a key operations role responsible for managing night cleaning teams, conducting field quality inspections, supervising employees, and responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate night cleaning crews and work schedules
  • Conduct routine quality inspections at assigned buildings and job sites
  • Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company standards
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional manner
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and operational concerns
  • Prepare field inspection reports and daily activity reports
  • Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to independently manage multiple job sites with a high level of responsibility and organization
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
  • English proficiency required
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
