Korean Claims Specialist. This is a

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Daily communication with outsourced team and resolve daily issues and escalations
- Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
- Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
- Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
- Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
- Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
