Korean Claims Specialist

Immediate need for a talented Korean Claims Specialist. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Daily communication with outsourced team and resolve daily issues and escalations Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing Compile and manage large amount of data from the system Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor’s degree required Good communication skills Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
