Johnson Service Group is hiring a Kronos Financial - Systems Analyst
Location: Tampa – 33613
Contract role estimated at 6-12 months (Possibility for conversion to PERM)

The System's Analyst will provide support to the Payroll and Tax Department to analyze, configure, test, document, report, implement and support automated solutions for ongoing, routine and new initiatives within the department.
This position will participate in upgrades, uploads, and interfaces and provide data and web support as well as training related to internal department applications.

Minimum Required: 
Minimum requirement will include 2 years financial system technical support which includes a working knowledge of payroll timekeeping system (i.e., Kronos, Workday, SAP or Paycor), and related integrated ERP applications (i.e., Lawson, SAP, or PeopleSoft), creating on-line training programs using a learning management tool (i.e., Adobe Captivate, or  related applications), developing a project plan and leading a project team for systems upgrades.

**In lieu of Bachelor's degree an Associate's Degree with an additional 2 years of experience as described above for a total of 4 years of experience may be considered OR a High School Diploma/GED with an additional 4 years of experience as described above for a total of 6 years’ experience may be considered.

System Administrator & System Support
Job Specific Duties:
  • Assist with monitoring system performance and identifying process improvements.
  • Participate in implementing, upgrading, interfacing and testing of software applications within the department.
  • Works with IT to define system user roles and maintain security based on the roles, responsibilities and approvals.
  • Communicates with and assists IT with troubleshooting system performance issues.
  • Analyze data and perform routine audits for data integrity.
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into detailed, comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Ability to develop a project plan and lead and/or coordinate internal resources to implement timely.

Training
Job Specific Duties:
  • Develop on-line training programs and provide additional training assistance as necessary.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members on dedicated applications and tools to support department.
  • Review and update training programs on an ongoing basis dependent on functionality and technological changes.
  • Coordinate with other departments on areas of training to incorporate in the program.

Tax and Payroll Application's Administrator
Job Specific Duties:
  • Assist with implementing, updating and upgrading system applications to improve functionality and efficiencies.
  • Assist in rolling data forward for the next year and data integration as needed.
  • Keep abreast of current software applications that would automate processes, - improve performance and provide efficiencies.

Departmental Technical Support
Job Specific Duties:
  • Design, develop and maintain internal web page for department to be used as resource for all team members.
  • Design custom ad hoc reports as needed for regulatory reporting.
  • Develop and design dashboard reports and on-line forms to provide timely access to data.
  • Establish policies and procedures for area of responsibility
