24/7 coverage -- both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
Shifts typically 1 - 2 weeks per month
5 - 10 patients per day in clinic plus lab coverage
Hospital-based interventional cardiology position
Required procedures -- PTCA, stents, echo, stress, EKG
General cardiology coverage also required
Ongoing coverage potential into 2027
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
