- Conduct KYB/KYC reviews for new and existing business clients, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven refreshes, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for higher-risk entities by analyzing ownership structures, business activities, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate potential AML, sanctions, and financial crime risks by reviewing customer profiles, identifying red flags, and escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues, collect required documentation, and support timely client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation while ensuring adherence to BSA/AML regulations, sanctions requirements, and established compliance procedures in a regulated financial services environment.
