Duration: 12 months

The Applications Lead has a diverse set of responsibilities from leading the delivery of projects to managing an application portfolio. The purpose of this role is to address the needs specifically for the Kyriba application, integrations to and from Kyriba, and other treasury applications.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility to act as a functional and technical solution advisor for the Kyriba Treasury Management System
In this capacity as a Kyriba solution advisor, the administrator will act as a primary leader on our Kyriba project to ensure that we are deploying solutions that are best practice and fit for purpose
Collaborate with treasury to understand Kyriba requirements, design, build, test, deploy those requirements
Communicate effectively why the design is best practice over some alternative within Kyriba
Ensure the supportability of the system to reduce the volume of future tickets
Interact with the Kyriba vendor support to raise tickets as necessary for any module
Act as a bridge between the IT organization and treasury business unit to communicate, align goals and collaborate throughout the support or project lifecycle
Lead and coordinate discussions with the application owners and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Gather requirements related to new use cases, enhancements
Design solutions which fulfill the business requirements
Collaborate with business teams to test requirements
Deploy solutions after business has completed testing and sign off of the solution
Partner with the Project Management group to develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Partner with the Project Management group to identify and mitigate project risks and issues; ensuring that delivery teams understand critical success factors
Partner with the Project Management group to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Partner with the Project Management group to manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
Provide strategic oversight and guidance to IDS delivery teams, assisting in the prioritization of projects to optimize resource allocation
Lead the effort in gathering estimates from various teams, facilitating accurate planning and resource allocation for projects
Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices where applicable to deliver faster with improved quality
Ensure project documentation is maintained and organized
Work closely with the Delivery Team to make sure the transition to support plans is in place as part of solution delivery

Skills/Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in Kyriba treasury management system
Experience deploying the payments module, financial accounting, cash accounting, cash forecasting and FX modules of Kyriba
Experience troubleshooting issues with the Kyriba
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or IT related field
Capable of solving problems and managing multiple efforts simultaneously, escalating when necessary to reprioritize capacity
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers and organizations
Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
