L1/2 Support Technician

MSP Experience Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Salary:

• Level 1 / Level 1.5: $50,000–$65,000
• Level 2: $65,000–$75,000 (flexibility for the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift)

Location: DMV Area (Northern Virginia & Maryland Suburbs)

Work Model: Approximately 95% Remote with occasional onsite client visits (2–3 times per month)

Available Shifts:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Role & Technical Requirements:

• Non-Negotiables: Microsoft experience (Microsoft-only), MSP experience (for Level 2), strong customer service personality.
• Flexibility: Open to green Level 1 candidates with great personality, willing to train.
• Networking: Basic networking knowledge expected; configuring firewalls/routers is a plus but not a requirement for Level 1, expected for Level 2.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, basic firewall/router troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtualization concepts (Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus.
