Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an L1.5 / L2 Support Engineer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will provide L1.5/L2 support for API Gateway and IAM platforms, ensuring reliable authentication and secure access services.

Rate Range: $49/Hour to $51/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

L1.5 / L2 Support Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and support CA API Gateway, SiteMinder, and Auth0 environments to ensure system availability and secure authentication services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, SSO, MFA, and API access-related incidents in a production support environment.

• Analyze logs, alerts, and performance metrics using Splunk and monitoring tools to identify and address issues proactively.

• Support and maintain OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT-based authentication integrations.

• Manage user access requests, policy validations, certificate renewals, and configuration updates across IAM platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering teams for issue escalation, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in production support, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or API security environments.

• Hands-on experience with CA API Gateway, SiteMinder, Auth0, and authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.

• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring experience using Splunk, with the ability to support 24x7 operations and resolve critical authentication and access-related incidents.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
