Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as part of the Client-ProdTechSup-IV-V-1 group. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT production support, particularly in environments related to payments or merchant services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT production support or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI.
  • Experience with Java Virtual Machine, Unix/Linux OS, Windows, MQ, OOS/Webmethods.
  • Experience in a large IT production support environment.
  • Experience in an ITIL-based role, such as Service Desk, Incident, Problem, or Change Management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation/Intermediary certification.
  • Basic understanding/exposure to ITIL/ITSM.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and research potential production incidents.
  • Respond to alerts regarding potential production incidents and escalate to advanced support as needed.
  • Perform trending and analysis using monitoring tools and reports to proactively address potential issues.
  • Execute procedures reliably and escalate appropriately to solve incidents quickly.
  • Partner with Change Operations to support all Change implementations and proactively identify potential issues.
