Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience supporting Nokia Telecom/IMS environments is highly preferred.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Telecom Support (L2/L3) with IMS (4G/5G/LTE) Core Networks.
Hands-on experience with Case Management, Incident Handling, Emergency Support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Strong knowledge of Nokia IMS Core products including CNCS, TAS, SBC, MRF, LIMS, SMSC/MMSC, BMC, Presence Server, UMC, and SMS Gateway.
Experience in LTE/5G system validation, end-to-end testing, KPI analysis, and mobile device troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of SIP, Diameter, H.248, TLS, IPSEC, and RTP protocols.
Experience using Wireshark and other protocol analysis tools for troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of Linux with Shell/Python scripting for automation.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
