Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1.
  • Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
  • Work with business users to understand finance processes and resolve issues.
  • Support key processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
  • Assist with testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Use PeopleSoft tools (read‑only or limited development involvement) such as: SQL, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Process Monitor & Report Manager
  • Perform root cause analysis and inform L3/development when code changes are needed
  • Work closely with L3 technical teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Document resolutions, SOPs, and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
  • Experience with PeopleSoft tools (SQL, Oracle, PeopleTools stack familiarity).
  • Functional understanding of financial processes (e.g., Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range $100,000-$120,000 years
