Location: Charlotte or Chandler Onsite 3 days a week Duration: 1 year (With great possibility of extension) Technical Skills: Java MS,.NET Core, SQL PySpark Primary responsibility: L2 production support – Application support – should be technical in Java & .NetStrong SQL skills – able to look into d/b issues Triages, alerts, monitoring, performance optimization Create application monitoring scripts and automate alerts that can inform of problems in logs files Point of escalation accountable for diagnosing and resolving customer impacting issues. 24x7 on call support of applications on a rotating basis and participate in resolution of escalated incidents.
