This role combines advanced end-user support with hands-on technical troubleshooting and project activities.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Resolve complex incidents involving PCs, laptops, AV equipment, phones, and peripherals\n \n\n Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues\n \n\n Assist with IDF/MDF room activities, cabling, and infrastructure changes\n \n\n Support backup, server, and printer environments\n \n\n Deliver VIP support and participate in site projects and relocations\n \n\n* Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
