Job SummaryThe L3 Application Support Engineer will provide advanced production support for businesscritical applications built using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular.
This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting| root cause analysis| and permanent fix implementation| working closely with development| infrastructure| and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular.
Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents.
Debug application issues related to APIs| microservices| backend logic| and frontend components.
Analyze logs| stack traces| database issues| and performance bottlenecks.Implement bug fixes| patches| and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams.Support production deployments| releases| hotfixes| and post-release validations.
Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution.
Ensure adherence to SLAs| incident management| and change management processes.
Participate in on-call rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.
Maintain and improve support documentation| runbooks| and SOPs.Proactively identify stability| performance| and security improvements.

Essential Skills: Experience in L3 support with Angular and Java
