Job Title: L3 Application Support Engineer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Need candidate LOCAL to Mount Laurel, New Jersey ONLY)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Pay Range: $48-52/Hour on W2 only
Note: Applicant must be willing to work on W2.

Role Overview: A senior-level production support role focused on debugging and fixing Java + Angular applications in real time.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular.
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents.
  • Debug application issues related to APIs| microservices| backend logic| and frontend components.
  • Analyze logs| stack traces| database issues| and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement bug fixes| patches| and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams.
  • Support production deployments| releases| hotfixes| and post-release validations.
  • Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs| incident management| and change management processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.
  • Maintain and improve support documentation| runbooks| and SOPs.
  • Proactively identify stability| performance| and security improvements.
 
Required Skills:
  • Java| Spring Boot| Angular Experience 6-10 years (relevant application support development experience) Shift Yes may require rotational shifts.
  • The L3 Application Support Engineer will provide advanced production support for business-critical applications built using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular.
  • This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting| root cause analysis| and permanent fix implementation| working closely with development| infrastructure| and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
