Introduction

The organization is seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join its team. This role involves providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing systems, networks, and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols
  • Hands-on experience with .NET and Python development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications built on these platforms
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Security )

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues
  • Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments
  • Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization
