L3 Network Engineer

As an SD-WAN/LAN/WAN Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that leverage SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN technologies.

Your role will involve ensuring optimal network performance, security, and reliability across various locations and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Adhering to SLAs

ii. Mentoring / Training Team Members

iii. Handling Incident, Problem and Change tickets / Service requests.

iv. Perform root cause analysis.

v. Troubleshooting technical issues

vi. Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered.

vii. Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration, and migration.

viii. Extensive experience on Projects design and implementation

ix. Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA.

x. Understanding of multi-geo support environment

xi. Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment.

xii. Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction.

xiii. Suggests new technologies and design changes.

xiv. Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members.

xv. Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time.

xvi. Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating.

Qualifications

i. Min 10+ years of Network administration experience in large enterprise environment

ii. Experience in Customer handling as a Techno Manger

iii. Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications.

iv. Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity and Disaster recovery

v. Excellent hands-on experience on with CISCO SDWAN with Implementation and troubleshooting Skills.

vi. Expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.

vii. Should have Extensive experience on project design, Implementation (Brown & Green Filed)

viii. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

ix. Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing, and testing of static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and ability to interpret and resolve complex route table problem.

x. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco devise (Routers Switches l2/l3) Excellent hands-on on Cisco & Meraki Products

xi. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki switches MS100, MS200, MS300, MS400

xii. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki MX100, MX84 MX250, MX450

xiii. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki WLC/Access point

xiv. Should have excellent knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networks

xv. Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN

xvi. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches

xvii. Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies - Cisco

xviii. Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration

xix. Network Management tools - Cisco Prime & Netscout, DNAC

xx. Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM/GTM

xxi. Knowledge on Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/ vDiscovery will be an added advantage

xxii. Experience in AWS or AZURE or any cloud networking technologies will be an added advantage.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
