L3 Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced support within a fast-paced, professional corporate environment. This position will work with end users and senior-level employees while handling complex technical issues and escalations.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $115k - $135k
Position Overview: The L3 Senior IT Support Specialist will provide advanced technical support across desktop, endpoint, mobile device, and enterprise application environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills who can independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
While experience supporting executives or VIP users is valuable, the primary focus of this position is strong technical depth and advanced IT support capabilities.
Responsibilities of the L3 Senior IT Support Specialist:- Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for end users and senior leadership.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, endpoint, and application issues.
- Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads.
- Provide advanced support for Apple iOS devices.
- Support mobile device management and enterprise endpoint configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues that cannot be resolved through standard support channels.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide technical support to executive and VIP users as needed.
- Perform device configuration, software updates, and proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues, configurations, and resolutions.
- Deliver responsive, professional support within a high-demand corporate environment.
Required Experience/Skills for the L3 Senior IT Support Specialist:- 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience.
- Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support experience.
- Solid hands-on experience supporting iPhones, iPads, and Apple iOS.
- Experience supporting Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise productivity applications.
- Strong hardware, software, endpoint, and mobile device troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and polished presentation.
- Ability to effectively support senior-level users.
- Demonstrated stability and consistent tenure throughout career history.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the L3 Senior IT Support Specialist:- Intune and/or Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience.
- Previous executive or VIP IT support experience.
- Experience working within a large corporate environment.
- Experience with enterprise endpoint management and security configurations.
- Experience handling complex escalations in an L3 support capacity.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required.
