Lab Account Representative

Do you have a passion for building relationships and helping healthcare providers deliver great patient care? Griffin Health is looking for an energetic Lab Account Representative to represent our outpatient laboratory services in the community.

In this role, you'll be the connection between Griffin Health and physician offices, Long Term Care facilities, and other healthcare partners. You'll work directly with clients to promote our services, answer questions, and provide important education on billing, coding, and compliance. Most importantly, you'll help grow our outpatient lab business while ensuring every client receives the support they need.

What You'll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers.

Promote Griffin Health's outpatient lab services to expand our reach.

Be a trusted resource for billing, coding, and regulatory information.

Develop educational tools and materials to support client needs.

Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Proven success in outside sales.

Experience in healthcare or laboratories is a plus.

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency with technology and reporting tools.

Valid Connecticut driver's license.
