In this role, you will use your knowledge of business needs, processes, databases and documents to coordinate processes, services and/or products.Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recommend innovative solutions to complex problems related to the process, database and/or documentsAssist in the facilitation of a team collaboration and coordinationCompose complex correspondence and respond to complex customer inquiriesAnalyze shipping notices, invoices, orders, reports and other records to determine priorityTroubleshoot for potential problems with the database, process and/or documentsVerify and maintain accurate and current databases, documents and/or recordsPerform routine office management activiesRespond to and manage inquires from both internal and external customers regarding the process, document or database.Assist higher level staff in examining departmental records and reportsRecognize and identify customer problems and trends; alert management when detectedDetermine priority of assignmentsCarry out work assignments to meet process scheduleMaintain positive customer relationsQUALIFICATIONS:High school degree or the equivalent and at least 3 years office/clerical experienceKNOWLEDGE OF:MS Office Software - proficient in Outlook and ExcelSAP (preferred - but not required)Office practices and procedureABILITY TO:Communicate effectively, orally and writtenWork effectively in a team environmentWork in time sensitive environment and on multiple tasksCommunicate with customers in a clear, professional and positive mannerUnderstand instructions and execute with accuracy and timelinessEqual Opportunity Employer:GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
