This is a unique company that is well versed in the art and science of catalyst recycling and has been the leader of the catalytic converter and non-ferrous metals recycling industry for over 30 years. We are currently looking for an Laboratory Technician or a with experience in data collection and interpretation as well as being responsible for performing routine chemical testing of samples in a laboratory setting.Job Description: - Document each sample accurately and thoroughly- Follow established written procedures- Maintain, calibrate, and operate analytical instruments including XRF and ICP- Prepare chemical solutions used in testing. Testing includes analytical balances, pipettes, and volumetric glassware- Clean and maintain laboratory glassware- Keep workspaces clean, safe, and organized - Track and manage laboratory inventory - Familiar with lab safety and good laboratory practices- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and best practices

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
