JOB SUMMARY Join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting customers, field representatives, and laboratory operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, laboratory support, and operational responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building relationships. As a Lab Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key connection between our customers, field teams, laboratories, and vendors, helping ensure a seamless experience from sample submission through reporting and follow-up. You'll gain exposure to both chemistry and microbiology laboratory operations while contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing business.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $20 - $23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
