MB2 Dental is seeking a Procurement Lab Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a Procurement Lab Manager to own and lead our laboratory category strategy across the organization. This role will manage lab spend, relationships, contracts, performance, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full laboratory category, including spend, performance, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
- Developing and optimizing our organizations preferred lab strategy to drive savings, quality, service, and doctor adoption.
- Owning relationships with all corporate laboratory partners, including executive business reviews, negotiations, and performance management.
- Analyzing lab spend, utilization, pricing, and practice behavior to identify opportunities for consolidation, savings, and operational improvement.
- Partnering closely with Operations, Leadership, and Finance to drive preferred lab adoption and improve outcomes.
- Leading laboratory partner selection, onboarding, and governance processes.
- Building reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and measure category performance.
- Managing escalations, service issues, and accountability across the network.
- Identifying and executing strategic initiatives that improve quality, consistency, service levels, and total cost of ownership.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for the laboratory category and advising leadership on market trends, capabilities, and strategic opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or lab management experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage a significant spend category and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Dental, laboratory, healthcare, or multi-site experience is a plus.
