Job Description

IDR is seeking a Lab Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Washington, DC. This position is a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing lab data processing, ensuring compliance with eDiscovery specifications, and managing a team of professionals within a legal and litigation support environment.

Position Overview for the Lab Manager:

  • Lead and supervise lab operations related to eDiscovery processing and productions
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing data meet strict compliance and quality standards
  • Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders across the eDiscovery lifecycle
  • Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals to deliver accurate and timely results
  • Maintain expertise in relevant tools such as Relativity and other litigation support platforms

Requirements for the Lab Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support, including processing, QA, and data analysis
  • 2+ years managing or supervising an eDiscovery team
  • Strong knowledge of EDRM models and data workflows
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead daily lab operations
