Lab Manufacturing Associate II

Russell Tobin is partnering with a pharmaceutical company to identify a Manufacturing Associate II for an opportunity near Bothell, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes safely, accurately, and according to production schedules.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures.
• Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform equipment maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and routine facility activities.
• Support inventory management and daily manufacturing operations.
• Escalate manufacturing issues and deviations to management and Quality Assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, microbial fermentation, viral vectors, or plasmid manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of deviations, CAPAs, change management, and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with MES, ERP, or electronic batch record systems.
