Job Summary
Position: Lab Med Tech
Location: Claremore, OK
Start/End Date: 5/4/26 - 8/1/26
Schedule: One shift is for the weekend day shift Sat/Sun (7AM-7PM) and two 8 hour shifts (8AM-4:30PM)
Second one is for the evening shift (2:30PM-11PM) - Mon - Fri
Requirements: Blood bank experience, BLS, and 3 years of Lab Med tech experience
Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Participate in continuous education and training programs for professional growth.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals for improvement.
Document and report test results in compliance with regulatory standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results.
Analyze and troubleshoot laboratory issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reorder as necessary.
