Lab Production Manager – Phoenix, Arizona
Join an independent optical lab that's bringing a fresh vision to the industry. As our Optical Production Lab Supervisor, you'll help lead a dedicated team of 25 across two finishing shifts, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and care. You'll work hand in hand with our Lab Manager to build a best-in-class environment where people and production thrive.
What you'll do
- Partner with our customer service and outside sales teams to deliver top-quality products to every customer
- Review the production schedule and adjust it as needed to keep work flowing smoothly
- Operate and oversee advanced equipment from MEI and Satis Loh
- Develop team members and support their growth alongside the Lab Manager
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and finishing operations
- Foster a positive, best-in-class working environment built on quality and care
What you'll bring
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience working in an optical lab
- A focus on production quality and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills across teams
Nice-to-haves
- Associate degree or optical school education
- Familiarity with MEI and Satis Loh equipment
