Job Title: Senior Analyst Business Systems Marketing
Location: 8515 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 May work remotely from anywhere in the US.*
Salary: $130,000.00 / year with standard corporate benefits.
Duties: Own the documentation and process of translating business needs into technical requirements for build, testing, UAT and the articles to keep the ongoing management of the programs current. Work closely with systems architecture, development, engineering teams and business units on the system development lifecycle. Partner with marketing managers, data operations, data science, data warehouse product, email, quality assurance and other technical teams. Ensure communications meet the quality standards expected by internal and external standards. Provide day to day support to existing applications and troubleshoots system application performance issues as they arise. Partner with platform owners to continually improve and evolve the systems to meet growth expectations. Act as the primary liaison between key business area and systems teams, and communicates project feasibility, status and issues to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Project Managers to report and track bugs and issues. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related; 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Insight Consultant or a related position, which must include: Designing and overseeing implementation for marketing campaigns from nurture to cross sell to upsell, using Marketo to move leads through the buyer's journey. Establishing and applying analytics and reporting framework for new and existing marketing initiatives -- defining metrics, KPIs to ensure accurate data tagging. Measuring campaign effectiveness through tracking engagement and performance metrics across the lead journey. Providing insights on A/B testing to improve campaign performance using Marketo and Salesforce marketing reports.
