What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Technical aptitude with previous experience maintaining or servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer service-facing roles (retail, restaurant, banking, or other service industries)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing urgent tasks
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards
Nice to Have:
- Experience in research or diagnostic laboratory settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Up to 5 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience
- Relevant educational background in sciences or related fields
Additional Requirements:
- This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
- Ability to support laboratory experiments, prepare samples, and assist with data collection
- Capable of maintaining equipment and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
