Lab Technician

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.73hr - $22.73hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or two-year degree.
• Proficiency with computer system applications.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and quality systems.
• Experience in inventory management systems (EWM, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.
• Must complete Learning Plan for job responsibilities.
• Tasks may require executing activities which require wearing appropriate PPE, including steel toe shoes.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, handling and preparing samples of components for testing.
• Maintaining and documenting accurate records.
• Assisting with the verification of sampling execution and monitoring requests for SAP data entry, requiring execution in a timely manner to support material receipts.
• Ensures all areas of work remain in quality compliance per SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Monitor requests for SAP data entry and execute in a timely manner to support material receipts.
• Practices safety behaviors with proper PPE and lifting techniques.
• Supports all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
• Participate in aberrant data investigations.
• Work with the support groups and external partners to resolve or provide advice on areas of involvement.
• Performs appropriate transactions in SAP and LIMS to ensure system represents all activities performed.
• Participate/lead self-inspection activities and support regulatory inspections/audits.
• Maintain and improve quality systems.
• Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
