Role involves performing quality assurance on raw materials and finished products, conducting lab tests (tensile, penetration, bending, flexibility), and preparing reports. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with experimental mixing, and training team members. The work requires a quality-focused, organized individual with good communication skills, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime.
Qualifications include lab experience or recent graduates with a background in materials science preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn, with capabilities in viscosity, Instron testing, and melt temperature analysis.
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA, training, and professional development opportunities. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
