Key Responsibilities:

• Aseptically pulling samples from production lines.
• Preparing samples for sensory panels and recording sensory data.
• Performing HPLC testing on finished products.
• Testing finished products and ingredients for brix, pH, color, and density.
• Conducting environmental monitoring and microbiological swabbing.
• Collecting and testing treated and CIP water.
• Stress testing packaging materials and performing quality inspections.
• Calibrating lab instruments daily.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lab setting.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Possession of steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.
• Availability to work 1:30pm - 10pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Preferences:

• A degree in the sciences.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
