We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Perform various typical microbiological tests according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under minimal supervision and evaluates reports and records all data.Job Responsibilities:Perform microbiological assays such as:Sterility Tests of Products and Biological IndicatorsBio burden, Bacteriostatic and Fungi stasisMedia PreparationGrowth PromotionEnvironmental and Water AnalysisMicrobial Limits of Raw Materials and Finished productsAntimicrobial EffectivenessBioassaysLALCytotoxicityGram StainMicrobial Identifications and CharacterizationsOperate Laboratory Equipment and InstrumentationAssist in the development, optimization and validation of new assays and instrumentationAssist in the continued development and improvement of GMP level QC testing LaboratoryApply good knowledge of GMP and GLP on daily basisPerform tasks accurately, reproducibly, and promptly with acute attention to detailSummarize and report data from testing and studiesProvide general assistance in the laboratory, such as the preparation of media and reagents, ordering supplies, and maintaining an orderly workspace, as neededBasic aseptic techniquesMaintain accurate records data of test records throughout LIMSDemonstrate flexibility to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities-efficiently process workload and is flexible to assist othersPerform special projects as directed by Laboratory SupervisorProficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointOther duties as assigned with or without accommodation.QualificationsOne year of experience in pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, medical device, cosmetic, food, or hospital microbiology laboratory environment2-4 years' experience in microbiology laboratory operationsAbility to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneouslyAbility to think and act independently and cooperativelyAbility to provide analytical review, data analysis and statistical evaluationPossess and demonstrate good scientific judgment in the execution of dutiesGood interpersonal skills, team playerSelf-motivated and organizedAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues and collaborators in both written and oral format.Ability to interact with a wide range of cultures and personalitiesStrong proficiency with PC's and Microsoft-based software
