Responsibilities include assisting with product concept generation, design, development, and evaluation, developing prototypes, setting up equipment, recording data, supporting engineers, and preparing technical reports.
Qualifications involve a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience or an Associate Degree with less than 2 years of experience. Preferred skills include prototype building, testing, basic computer proficiency, device manufacturing, and understanding test procedures.
Ideal candidates can work in cross-functional teams, apply technical principles, and develop solutions within defined practices. Technical diplomas or certificates are a plus.
