You demonstrate comprehensive understanding and expertise needed to implement the best course for rework and debugging of assemblies and subassemblies, using schematics and engineering drawing tools.

Responsibilities include:
- perform complex measurements and use test equipment for debugging on defined issues, with minimal guidance. Debug tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks.
- Evolve test methodologies, and develop new tools and workflows to improve product quality, testing efficiency, and validation processes across teams, based on comprehensive knowledge of technology trends and industry state of the art.
- Drive effective testing and product improvement in accordance with software test plans and procedures by reviewing, implementing, and sharing information on critical tests.
- Drive procedures to demonstrate product compliance and manage evaluation of test equipment required to verify product performance during qualification tests.
- Drive audits of validation or performance qualification processes to ensure compliance with internal or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct test plans and reviews with engineers and other stakeholders, within one or more teams, to gather feedback. Contribute to design reviews for testability by conducting experiments.
- Identify and select test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, testers, microscope, chambers, analyzers, generators, optical debug tools) with minimal supervision.
- Report bugs during verification and recommend corrective action, where needed, with external suppliers or internal development teams.
- Ensure complete documentation of test or verification results and test methodologies are in compliance with internal or external requirements.

Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
- Test planning
- Debugging skills
- Hardware systems and subsystems implementation
