[strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Perform Diagnostic Testing: Execute waived to high-complexity tests in clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and basic blood banking.
[strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Ensure Rapid Turnaround: Maintain strict adherence to rapid STAT TAT goals to support critical clinical interventions.
[strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Quality Control & Maintenance: Perform, review, and document daily quality control (QC), instrument calibrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
[strong data-path-to-node="6,3,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Results Verification: Analyze, verify, and report patient test results accurately into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
[strong data-path-to-node="6,4,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Critical Communication: Immediately communicate critical or panic values to attending physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams following protocol.
[strong data-path-to-node="6,5,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards (including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA).
[strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="0"]Qualifications & Requirements
[strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Education: Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related biological science.
[strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Licensure & Certification: Valid CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
[strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; hospital or STAT/core lab experience strongly preferred.
[strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0"]Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a high-urgency environment.
