Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests with minimal supervision.
- Operate electro-mechanical, analytical, and other specialized testing equipment.
- Record, analyze, and communicate test results and observations.
- Support research, development, quality control, and product validation activities.
- Follow established laboratory procedures, methods, and safety standards.
- Compile and document test data accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or testing environment.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a technical or scientific field.
- Three or more years of laboratory, manufacturing, or testing experience.
- Experience operating laboratory testing equipment.
- Familiarity with materials testing, durability testing, and industry standards.
