Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative lab tests
Learn and apply new testing methods to support materials science innovation
Use spreadsheets to compile and analyze data
Share findings with project requesters
Collaborate with team members on larger projects
Safely operate and calibrate lab equipment under supervision

Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate degree or technical training preferred
02+ years of experience in lab testing or manufacturing
Experience in paper and packaging industry is a plus
Familiarity with papermaking and paperboard products preferred
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High degree of mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity
Comfortable working in lab, pilot plant, and production settings
Basic computer skills, especially with spreadsheets
Able to lift and carry samples up to 50 lbs.A
