Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and testing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the PB/Engineering Department supporting product testing, validation, and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Miamisburg, OH
Pay Range: $25-$30
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Prepare test samples and specimens, developing efficient testing protocols and procedures.
- Conduct and document tests on finished and prototype products in accordance with established test methods and QC specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product designs and provide technical feedback for product improvement.
- Benchmark products against industry standards and competitor offerings to ensure quality and performance.
- Maintain accurate project logs, lab notebooks, and necessary QC and R&D records to support continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Technical certification or associate degree (may be required in some areas).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in product testing and lab operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and lab scheduling/project software.
- Strong documentation skills and proven technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately.
