Xttrium is looking for a proven dynamic, talented and passionate Leader responsible for driving success across Operational functions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for sample receiving and tracking, reagent inventory, lab preparedness, and supply management for raw materials, in-process bulk batches, and finished oral and topical liquid products (syrups, suspensions, gels, lotions). As a vital member of the QC team, you will ensure that every manufactured batch meets predefined chemical and physical specifications prior to commercial release, adhering strictly to cGMP and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree in a science related field (or equivalent in experience)
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical QC laboratory is preferred.
  • Regulatory Mindset: Solid understanding of cGMP (21 CFR Part 211), FDA regulations, and laboratory safety handling procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or move around the QC laboratory for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Fine motor control necessary for handling chemical reagents.
  • Ability to wear required laboratory PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, and chemical-resistant gloves).

Expected compensation for this role will be $20-$23 an hour on a full-time basis plus applicable health and ancillary benefits offered by the company.
