Responsibilities:

• Conduct in vitro and ex vivo microbiological tests on raw ingredients and consumer products.
• Maintain bacterial cultures and perform bacterial assays.
• Run biological assays including cell viability, bacterial plating, genomics, et al.
• Analyze lab data, perform simple stat analysis and draft reports to summarize in vitro tests.

• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments required.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures.
• Strong adherence to SOPs with an emphasis on reliable and accurate data collection.
• Excellent documentation skills for consistent and precise data recording.
• Capable of performing routine tasks daily in a professional lab setting.

• Skills in microbial culture (liquid and plating), microscope use, making culture medium, basic sterile technique.

• Computer skills in using Google spreadsheet/doc/slides, data analysis.
• Ability to interact with multifunctional technical/non-technical personnel and be an effective participant in a team environment.
• Exhibit good presentation, communication and project management skills, potentially managing multiple projects with different timelines and goals.

• Lab experience at one year and above experience.
