Phillips Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, quality assurance, and production operations for a textile manufacturing client located in Simpsonville, SC.This role is responsible for conducting routine testing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products meet company quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-priority opening with immediate consideration for qualified candidates. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory testing and analysis on raw materials and finished products 
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately 
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration 
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures 
  • Assist production and quality teams with troubleshooting and process improvements 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab environment 
  • Communicate findings and concerns to supervisors and team members promptly 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Basic computer and data entry skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Rotating Schedule: 7 days on / 2 days off / 7 days on / 5 days off Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour  #IND2
