Schedule

• 3rd Shift (Night Shift)
• Exact hours shared during interview

What You'll Do

• Perform lab testing to ensure product quality and safety
• Conduct audits and process checks (weights, batch records, FSMA inspections)
• Monitor and document results accurately
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment
• Follow GMP, SQF, and food safety standards at all times

Testing & Equipment

• pH, titrations, viscosity, and color testing
• Micro/biological testing and culturing
• Moisture analysis, sensory evaluations, and more

Qualifications

• Science degree OR lab/manufacturing experience
• Open to entry-level candidates and recent grads
• 1+ year of quality or lab experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on nights

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
