Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support our consumer products client in the development and testing of innovative products in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Location: Onsite - Mason, OH
- Job Type: Full-time Contract (W2) | Short-Term Assignment
- Pay Rate: $20.00 /hour
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare prototype formulations following laboratory batch records.
- Perform testing including pH, viscosity, density, and solids content measurements.
- Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests and record accurate results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, including mixers, viscometers, pH meters, and scales.
- Monitor product stability under varying environmental conditions.
- Manage laboratory inventory, raw materials, and supplies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of experiments, observations, and test results.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field, and/or equivalent laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and data documentation.
- Solid attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze results and support research and development activities.
