This role involves documenting complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation, managing domestic and international sample return kits with tracking and timely communication, and overseeing shipping logistics and inventory.
- Coordinate image/video review requests, process in Track Wise, and maintain related trackers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sample analysis results following good documentation practices.
- Escalate issues to supervisors, uphold laboratory and biosafety practices, and support continuous process improvements.
- Follow procedures and regulatory requirements, maintain a clean work environment, and foster professional relationships.
- Support storage and disposal of samples per procedures.
Qualifications include strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently, basic problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs. Preferred skills include shipping system knowledge, warehouse experience, and lab or GMP background. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional experience or an associate degree beneficial.
