Position: Lab Technician in Tempe, AZ, for a healthcare client. This is a 3+ month contract, 40 hours/week on 1st shift (~8-4). Entry level with 2-4 years lab experience, preferably in medical device R&D. Requires understanding of good documentation practices, proficiency in Excel (Minitab a plus).
Responsibilities include supporting R&D engineers with medical device testing, product builds, process development, and validation. Tasks involve assisting with test setup, data collection, analysis, and documentation, including SOPs and reports. Also includes equipment maintenance, materials management, and peer coaching.
Qualifications: High School diploma required; associates in science, math, or engineering preferred. Experience in R&D labs, regulated environments, and data analysis tools is essential. Ability to read drawings and support design is a plus. Must be U.S. citizens or GC holders.
