What You Will Do:
+ Responsible for working in a lab environment and logging in samples
+ Working and responding with both our internal and external customers daily
+ Answers questions and provides information as needed to customers
+ Clearly and accurately documents issues.
+ Printing labels for all samples
+ Moving boxes of samples as needed to the appropriate areas
+ General office skills/duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience.
+ MS Word and Excel skills (average usage)
+ Laboratory environment experience
+ Proven ability to fax, scan and manipulate pdf documents.
+ Accurate typing skills
+ Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume and geographically diverse organization
+ Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
+ Good organization skills
+ Good customer service skills
Physical Demands:
+ Must be able to stand for long period of time
+ Will be required to lift boxes up to 45 – 50 pounds
+ Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to client/customer drug testing
