Lab Technician

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Lab Technician to join a great team in West Jefferson, OH. 

This is a first shift position Monday-Friday as a full-time, long-term role with benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate routine research procedures and results for reports.
• Work on semi-routine assignments and recognize deviations from accepted practice.
• Train and guide less experienced staff and provide input for performance reviews.
• Verify the accuracy, applicability, and reasonableness of project work.
• Conduct standard and non-standard tasks under supervision.
• Keep the supervisor regularly informed on work status.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Driver's License.
• Perform routine specified analysis of data.
